Defected stiiiizy pods Don’t waste your time or money. Take your business elsewhere. Wish I can give 0 stars. Jason is very unprofessional and should be fired.

I come to this shop multiple times a week, usually have top notch polite and quick service. This has happened a couple times now but this is the first time it has inconvenienced me so bad that I’m furious. I got up early before work , placed an order on the app early, drove 30 minutes to my shop when the order would be ready. I arrive and am immediately told I would have to wait another 15-25 minutes because they have to “receive” inventory. I understand there are procedures for receiving and such, however during heavy business hours, when you have active customers and are taking that amount of time to receive is unreal. I have never had this experience at any other dispensary and again am just extremely let down by how that all played out. I had to leave without my product and I don’t even have an available time frame to return until the weekend. Very very disappointed!!

These clerks moves way too slow They will let a line accumulate just too make useless chit chat or too have 100 pre-rolls lined up for a customer spending 2 dollars at the end . You can tell these people have main character syndrome Also the clerks act like they not just selling weed lady your not doing nothing special. Just put the weed in the bag lady its not that complex

Horrible customer service when they made an error ringing my items up and wouldn’t accept the return when I literally stepped right outside and right back in. Called them back and said it’s company policy. Won’t be returning considering I’ve spent a ton of money there. *also want to add this is not reflective to the associate that helped me. He made a mistake and wanted to fix it. His management would not allow him to.
