The website is so crammed full of layers that it's a true pain in the ass to use plus it's slow. I'm going to bloom.

5 stars for Alexander! I came in because a cartridge I had purchased wasn’t working, and I was hoping to exchange it or figure out what was wrong. The order was under my husband’s name, so because of Ohio regulations, Alexander explained that he couldn’t process the exchange for me. Even though he couldn’t complete the swap, he went above and beyond to help. He looked up the order, printed a receipt to make a future return easier, and patiently listened while I explained the issue. He then suggested buying the least expensive cartridge available just to test whether the problem was with the original cartridge or the device, which saved my husband from making an unnecessary trip. The new one worked perfectly! Alexander was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Alexander!

It was my first time in yesterday and it was pleasant. The lady at the desk was very nice. I really dug her vibe. Micheal was very nice and engaging. He was quick and proficient at his job. All in all, it was a good first visit. The only issue I had is with the parking lot. But, you work with what ya got. Thanks for the nice visit. We will be back.
