I've been a recreational customer for several months now, dating back to last year. The staff is great, the service is exceptional, and the location is convenient to me BUT... According to the Neighborgoods site, they offer approximately 40 various strains, yet it's been the same 8-10 strains every week for quite some time now. I realize that not all strains are available at any given time, but the menu could use some new variety. I can no longer settle for the "same old, same old" week after week.....

The employers are friendly. However, their inventory is usually poor. It’s extremely rare for them to have my favorite pen. And I always do a pick up order. But how they do the pick up orders is just wrong. You still have to sit in the waiting room like everyone else. That’s not the way pick up orders are suppose to be done.

Though I don't remember the names of the lovely ladies who helped me, both the budtender and the intake person were so sweet! They have a super efficient operation with great prices, next time I'm in town I'll stop there first for my weed :) (I was there on 07/14 around quarter to 11am)

They are the only place to go now thanks to dummy dewine. The prices are outrageous even with the discounts they offer. I will say the staff is friendly, which is great! I like the pickup option however, I feel like if you offer pickup, there should be a pick up lane where you should be able to jump ahead of other customers who don’t know what they want yet. We get there and always have to wait 15-30 minutes to get our order. This defeats the purpose of a pick up order. I would give 5 stars if we could walk in cut straight to the front. I don’t mean to sound entitled but I thought this was the purpose of ordering ahead? Does anyone else feel this way? I’m gonna quit anyways because I can’t afford it anymore but, I just wanted to leave the only thing I thought might help get them better ratings! Do this and your business would be awesome. Come here for all your weed needs!

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I purchased a pre-packaged half ounce and, after getting home and opening it, discovered it was significantly underweight. Since the product was sealed, there was no way for me to verify the contents before leaving the store. I called the dispensary politely, not even asking for compensation at first, simply trying to understand what options were available. Instead of being treated with professionalism, I was met with skepticism, accused of being dishonest, and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. The store manager was dismissive throughout the conversation and ultimately hung up on me. When I called back, the staff refused to provide the manager’s name, placed me on hold, and never returned to the call. Mistakes happen. Products can be packaged incorrectly. What turned this into a terrible experience was not the missing product—it was the way I was treated when I brought the issue to their attention. A reputable business should take customer concerns seriously and handle them professionally, even when there is a dispute. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers carefully inspect and verify any products they purchase here whenever possible. Losing that amount of product and then being treated like a liar when reporting it is not something I would wish on anyone.
