Some of these staff can be very nice but it’s easily shadowed by some of the other disrespectful staff and especially the Robot security guard who acts like he has a stick up you know where. If you’re deaf be careful using listening devices or your phone because you will be absolutely humiliated when they SCREAM at you in front of everyone. My partner went in there and was adjusting his hearing device when not just the security guard but the man at the front desk jumped in to yell at my partner for simply adjusting his hearing device. He has lawful rights as a deaf person to use his phone as it’s connected to the very device that allows him to hear. I come here all the time and I am absolutely NOT surprised by the attitude of some of these uneducated workers who could use a class on being humans. I come here multiple times a week and that stops today. Please don’t be so nice to these people because they don’t care or deserve it. Ridiculous and shameful that discrimination is still happening.

During my recent visit to the apothecarium I suddenly felt like I was going to pass out. Staff member (Clayton) was very helpful during the situation and provided me with water and a snack! I was very appreciative of the quick thinking and kind gesture.
