Terrible. Everytime!!! I have to remind them they left an item out and they never even put points on my account much less “double points on Mondays in July” don’t know which location is worse. Hawthorne or West Hollywood oh my god.Hawthorne because they do both. Atleast Weho adds and deducts ny loyalty points.

The store was very sleek and clean. The products are presented very well and very fresh flower. The staff is great and very pleasant. Calvin really answered all my questions with details and seems very knowledgeable of the products. Amazing experience, will definitely be coming back.

I’m the same person who posted on 3-15-26 just giving an update on the clone I bought. So far I’m losing space in my grow tent. I had some pest issues but nothing like hydrogen peroxide and neem oil can’t help. As a novice grower I’m constantly inspecting my plant. New update: this is my second attempt to grow but I’ve learning so much. Thankful artist tree for having clones. Bought another one clone last week but today I’m cutting down I bought in march to start drying my harvest.
