Bought 4 Dank Tanks today. Once I got home and tested them, one was not hitting at all. Called them up to make sure I could return it with original packaging and receipt before I left since I love 45 min away. They answered fast and said I could. Showed up and they were very helpful and friendly and returned it no problem. In and out in minutes. Such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be making this my go to dispensary even though they are a little farther for me to drive to.

Great staff. — I can’t understand why state regulation requires such a thorough check-out process tho. Given how casual it is to buy alcohol this doesn’t make much sense and just makes me not want to go thru the process at all.

Incredible dispensary!! they carry everything you could need, and the staff are super helpful if you have any questions or problems. I appreciate the fact that they have a drive through as well which helps me save time instead of having to go inside and wait in line and shop. Also have incredible deals going on and you can usually find at least a couple gems in every category for a reasonable price

Doesn't matter when you set the pick up time for an order, it will not be ready. I've waited over an hour, gone to the store and waited 20 minutes at the drive thru to be told that my order of three items is still not ready. This has happened to me on a few separate occasions, if you can't staff your business to fulfill mobile drive thru orders, don't offer it as a service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid The Botanist in Solon if you value your time. The management is abysmal, leading to extreme understaffing and long waits, even for online orders. The staff is overwhelmed due to staff shortage, while management is nowhere to be found, resulting in a chaotic, unprofessional experience. I tried the pre-order, and that still resulted in a massive delay. It was obvious they didn't have enough budtenders working, leaving the staff frantic and overworked. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told none were available, leaving staff to handle customers alone. The staff seemed unsupported, indicating a total lack of leadership. Usually, when businesses are short-staffed, management steps in to compensate for the shortage. That does not happen here. Do yourself a favor and find a dispensary that respects your time and their employees.

They got the best people working there The place almost brings me back to my childhood just super welcoming people friendly faces. Everyone there is super cool. The best way I could describe this dispensary is the end description of the food from ratatouille. I’m hungry for more.
