I wouldn’t even bother going just by looking at these ridiculous prices. 😂 they’ll be closed before long. I still go to MI. I wouldn’t even go here in a pinch. Wth are those prices?!?!?!

Just had an episode here regarding pricing. Pricing wasn't correct online, I was told a price over the phone, which I agreed to. I placed my mobile order and drove to the dispensary. When I arrived I was told the price would approximately 50% higher than I was quoted over the phone. I was immediately asked to pay the inflated prices. I refused and then asked that they honor the price I was given over the phone. After 30 minutes, we figured it out and I the quoted price was honored. Though corperate is apparently dipping into their own product too much, the staff at this location is great and took care of the issue. I appreciate the position of being dependant on inept people for which you have no control. I hope farkas get their company in order and supports the stores that make them their money. Thanks again to the shift manager and bud tender who took care of it. I would recommending owning the mistake before the customer has to ask you to do so. It leaves the impression you would have preferred to allowed me to absorb the monetary cost of your mistake instead of owning it and being an honorable retailer. As stated in the store, it feels like a dirty drug deal, instead of a legitimate transaction. As a veteran of drug dealing, I would never have pulled this with a customer. I agree with the shift manager that mistakes happen, but you need to be quicker to accept and correct. I didn't ask for anything I wasn't already offered. Overall this is a decent location. Just not at the level I would expect from my business. Again, nothing against employees, this gripe is squarely aimed at the ineptitude of the farkas corperate team. Worth a visit if you're looking to get high.

It was great when it was Klutch cannabis, now that Farkas farms took over the selection is minimal at best and the prices have doubled and they got rid of all the products that I liked the most pretty sure I will never be back. just thought I would add that I went to the forest in Seville paid half the cost for 1 g carts and they were over 80% compared to 60 and $65 carts that were only 72% in loudonville,. well worth the drive
