The cutest receptionist named Shirley was there to greet me. Really nice place and surprisingly well stocked!! I like this place a lot and will probably be back. The owner was there and seemed like a really nice person. The bud tender was really nice and informative. She was patient with my indecisiveness and helped me pick out a new brand

Came here 2 times. Both times the employee didn't know the products. .they each argued with me. Both times i came in. And they both tried to upsell to a higher priced item. Until I showed them online. They then knew what it was and where it was in the store. My last visit was very disappointing. I asked for a product i have gotten before. And was told multiple times it wasn't infused. Even though it actually was. I was sold another product that I do not like. And said I didn't like the flavored ones. But she that's all that had. I went home to get a container from the item I had asked for to show her. It is infused and to take back the one I didn't want, since she had given me wrong information multiple times. But no I'm stuck with a product i don't like because she thought didn't listen to the customer and check the product. She assumed she knew and she was wrong both times.

The Jazz Club in Lapeer is hands-down one of the best cannabis shops I’ve ever been to—both in selection and customer service. I’ve only visited twice so far, but I’ve had the same budtender each time, and he’s fantastic. Super easy to talk to, honest about the products, and genuinely helpful. The shop itself is quiet, clean, and beautifully set up. I was honestly impressed the moment I walked in. Their selection is amazing, and you can tell the guy running the place really cares about his customers. He goes above and beyond, keeps everything spotless, and makes the whole experience comfortable and welcoming. If you’re in the area and want a great cannabis shopping experience, The Jazz Club is absolutely worth checking out.
