As a breast cancer Baddie, I stopped in for some goods to help. The ladies were so nice, they both had excellent customer service. But the girl behind the counter made my day with the beautiful pep talk I needed way more than she knew. 30/10 I will be back because of those two phenomenal ladies.

I meant to put a 5 star rating just for the customer service alone (bc the pricing isn't their fault) I have Fibromyalgia, as my dad is sick too and they are always so patient and kind to both of us. Making sure we're taken care of!

I was in the area so I figured I would give them a try for the first time, walked in went up to the window didn't really get a warm greeting until I said "I it was my first timer", the visit was stressful they tried to deny access of my service dog, even after I mentioned she is a service dog, one of the employees a gentleman looks through the glass and said "I don't think so" referring to my dog "not being a service dog". Did not ask the 2 questions required by the ADA(1."Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2.""What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?") and when I got back into the dispensary I mentioned to the budtender they need to educate themselves on the ADA questions, and also did not have my online order ready because of some confusion so I had to wait around for them to straighten it out so I'm not sure how soon I will be back to revisit, the vibe is not like other dispensaries, lively upbeat like other dispensaries I've been to my mood definitely shifted more negative after visiting, I was more irritated then my usual happy go lucky after visiting a dispensary. First impression didn't go as well as I was hoping for so it may be a minute before I do come back.. My other issue right now with construction when you leave the dispensary you have to make a left turn which is inconvenience cuz I'm going to have to go down the road out of my way just to turn around to go back home. So maybe once construction is done maybe I'll give them another shot.

Solid product and getting better. I still prefer MI in terms of selection and that you get to touch and smell the product, however, if you can’t make the trip - the Mothership is better than most all dispensaries in NE Ohio. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend as an alternative to MI.
