    I just had one of the worst budtenders serve me. i have been shopping here since it opened and i always put in an online order. The budtender today told me that they quit giving their online discounts weeks ago. i told her i was just in this week and got the discount. i was surprised at the news that they are no longer offering online discounts but what i was really surprised at was how rude she was about it. She literally rolled her eyes and asked me "do you want it or not?!" in a rude tone. Why is this person being allowed to speak to customers this way? i hate to be the reminder but your customers? are your bread and butter. I will say that its not because of the sudden drop in customer perks only that i wont be sbopping here any longer. that budtender? She should be fired. Just some feedback from someone who managed a cannabis shop for over half a decade. I would never have talked to a customer or acted the way she did. i most certainly wore work appropriate clothing as well. heads up on that one too. There are many reasons why a business begins to fail. Shes not a good representative of your establishment that usually has nice budtenders.
