Theory always has what I need on deck. Service is friendly from reception to budtenders. Lines can be long on the rec side but on the med side things have been smooth sailing for me overall. All in all this is a solid dispensary.

The prices are extremely high and the selections of bud hasn’t changed in over a year same old basic weed that all look the same. They don’t value their customers at all. I wont say all is rude but for Tammy and other mangers there at a higher position to be able to speak to customers like you do is by far unprofessional and threatening customers to BAN them wow very low especially since they have the right to refuse service they made a mistake and treated me like shit and then hire managers like Tammy do resolve the matter HAHAHAH please choose Boston garden they are so much better !!!!!

Ben was unprofessional!! New client entitled to 20% discount four times. Have been there once before and was told that I would be entitled to a discount twice instead of four times!! Ben who was behind the counter was called 4 times to help me to no avail!! To busy listening to loud music and didn’t hear the woman trying to reach out to me!! Poor customer service!!

I would like to just start off by saying I do love this dispensary, and their pricing. I have been coming here since it's opened. But lately it's been making me not want to go. Why do you have a pre order option & separate line if it's not priority when I go in? This is the 3rd time I've placed a pre order, gone in with the place packed, waited 20 mins and there is only 1 register open for pre orders, but yet there is 3 open for walk ins and they are breezing by the pre order line. That's not fair & it's insanity. It makes the pre order thing pointless. I know I'm not the only person who feels like this either... like I said I don't want to complain because I do love this place, but I hope you can make some adjustments!

just getting around to posting this- came in 5/22, so it’s a slightly overdue review but necessary nonetheless. first week they tested out their medical side. cashier immediately assumed that I belonged on the recreational side for whatever reason… not sure if it’s because I don’t fit the profile of the typical medical marijuana user or maybe she was on autopilot, who knows. medical menu wasn’t working on the ipad, the cashier was pretty impatient and repeatedly asked me if I was going to bother buying anything (I have actually been to theory as a customer before lol) as I was composing a list of things to get. ended up purchasing >$100 worth of product but honestly shouldn’t have given this spot the time of day that afternoon. the whole ordeal probably lasted around 30 minutes. woefully unprepared to start selling medical. no incentives for abhorrent service either. ended up having to withdraw $$ from the atm (so I spent more) since the advertised dutchiepay wasn’t working. icing on the cake? rude saleswoman couldn’t produce a receipt for me when I requested it :) all in all would definitely not return, which sucks because not many spots have pax products in stock. but I’ll certainly manage. can definitely produce my bank statement to prove that I was there if anyone wants to dispute my patronage that day!

Rude old lady with pins on her lanyard on Sunday 6/7 wanted to go on break. Made my wife feel very uncomfortable

Get rid of the pre order line if you're not going to actually use it.
