I am a newer customer and I have had great experiences so far. Their membership program is great! The only thing they need to work on is the girl with the glasses at the front desk. She's kinda rude.

I've been going here for cartridges since it was called Panacea Wellness rather than Thrive. Menu is solid and diverse as always. Looks like they've expanded payment options as well which is fantastic and was much needed. Just make sure to order ahead or be prepared to use the tablets indoors to make one -- you do not create orders at the register.
