  When you walk in you are entering the the store that sells pipes papers, batteries, sweatshirts, ect. The back part of store has a door to the dispensary. Just what I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable on their products, and helped me to get exactly what I was looking for! I am quit particular in my preferences and have been pleasantly pleased both times I shopped there.

  This is my new go to for all of my essentials! The inventory is not the biggest but works out better than a big shop that has to raise their prices sky high just to cover their inventory. A cartridge here was $16 less than the exact same cartridge at another larger shop!

  I thought I had a review for this place up. Some of the employees I delt with, way back when I did go to these guys because of convenience, were nice, but prices were better at other places. Only place in Bend I recall giving military discounts was Oregrown. Pretty much everywhere in the state has been stopping military discounts and I mean all types of stores, not just dispensaries, which sucks because when that's your only income, you get less than what the minimum wage is, making it harder to even afford food. I've had a lot of cases with dealing with the owner and his wife. They, at least then, also own a chain of dispensaries on the coast and would work at Top Shelf at times when in town. Very unpleasant people the owner and his wife are. Only other thing I can think of is the vape pens they at least had when I went in don't have voltage and air intake variables and may be problematic from oil cartridges leaking and that the last vape pen I bought from them must have been one they let people use for testing and sampling because it had a low charge left when bought and that was what was left before it died permanently since the battery life was so depleted. Paid full price for that dead pen.

  First time shopping here last night and they shorted me $20 on my change. I should have known when they didn't count my change out back to me, they just handed me a folded up stack of bills. I didn't think to check until I was already out of the shop and it was right at closing time. I left a message on their voicemail but of course did not receive any kind of acknowledgment or call back the following day. All I have to say is make sure you count your change before you leave the store. Quite disappointing for a first time visit and a bummer because I thought I had found a new affordable spot!
