A great family run establishment! They are highly knowledgeable and don't mind taking the time to explain how certain stains help with pain management. My husband's best friend is a Vet and suffers chronic pain, this place has seriously helped him! He is a person who smiles again. Thanks guys!

I personally love coming in here, liberty and ashley have always given me amazing service, no matter the attitude I come in with that day. They’re very professional and are super knowledgeable about their products. Whenever I have a question, they are more than happy to help me. My favorite dispo around!

Great people. Staff is really nice and helpful. One gal, shes younger with long brown/red hair was so helpful and helped me understand what I was looking for. Great products too. I really appreciated how nice and knowledgeable everyone has been.

My husband and I have gone here a number of times and we always had a pretty great experience with the employees. They are usually very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, my husband has gone in there few times now and encountered liberty, and each time she was very rude and almost impersonal. We understand everyone has their off days, but when she is having an “off day” every-time my husband has been in there then it just becomes rude at a point. The first time he encountered her, we kind of just took it as she was maybe not having a great day… but the last couple times he’s been in there It’s been the exact same encounter with her, just rude and almost like it offends her to ask a normal question like we should already know the answer. He was in there today, and he was simply explaining to her that he was going to have to break a 100 dollar bill, he was holding it in his hands ready to give it to her, when she was READY for it. She replied very rudely with something along the lines of “i cant take your money until I’m done packing your order”. Lol I’m sorry to laugh but I’ve been in numerous dispensaries around helena and have had the money out and ready to pay and not once been told that🤔 I really feel that wasn’t even necessary to say. There was also another customer in there that she was rude to as well for literally no reason. I personally feel that it’s common sense to not work in direct customer service if the customers are irritating you that much, And you can say she was professional to a point, but being rude and basically snotty randomly just isn’t professional and kind of defeats the professional attitude she was trying to carry beforehand. All in all I truly hope that something is done, because it’s just not necessary to be rude to people when they are simply buying. That attitude is what will start veering people away from the business.
