Today was not a good day for me as far as mind and the pain. But tonight when I walked in the door this girl had the biggest smile on her face and called me beautiful complimenting me and just really lifted my spirits and it's what I needed today. And I can't thank her enough for that because I actually walked out of there with a smile on my face because I sure didn't walk in there with one. This world needs more people like her and I wish I'd have got her name but knows when people need that little lift. I really wish you could clone her and put her at the door everyday because she would make sure that everyone walked out of there with a smile on their face. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying that everybody in there is grumpy but she just made me feel really special tonight and I just want to tell her thank you. And the people in the back are just awesome. You have an awesome place there.

I ordered online and went to pick it up at noon on Thursday. When I got there, there were seven people in front of me. No big deal. It happens. One person and the manager working. After the manager finished the person that she was on, she decided to take a break even though they were eight people in line. I understand that they need to get their breaks in but she could have stayed to at least cut the line down to 3 or 4. The guy in front of me left after ten minutes. Three more people came in the door and looked at the line and left. Very poor management. The counter guy Charles did an amazing job trying to get the line through fast. Please give him a raise and have a talk with a manager about putting the customers first.
