I’ve been to a few dispensaries, but the Trulieve in Lake Placid has always treated me well. The store is clean, organized, and everyone has a great attitude. A huge shoutout to DJ for making my visit such a good experience. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the different products without making me feel rushed, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers instead of just trying to make a sale. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and it’s a big reason I’ll keep coming back. Thanks again, DJ!
