Choose wholesome! It’s the best we have in UT!! <3 Jeremy yet again has amazed me in customer service! I witnessed a really really challenging customer that was obnoxiously begging for points and very rude asking for the tips out of the jar to cover the remaining amount she needed for her total and wouldn’t leave. Jeremy was so calm cool and collected thru the whole encounter. Was genuinely doing what he could for even that customer. Great work Jeremy, you are one stand up guy! If I could leave more then one review I so would! Lol! wholesome has the BEST deals and staff! You will not be disappointed! Other shout outs! Courtney is so kind and patient! Jack your hair is almost as beautiful as your customer service! Thank u thank u to entire wholesome team 💕 Much love, B

I arrived home for my delivery only to realize I’d forgotten my house keys, and was unable to get inside to retrieve all the identification I needed. The delivery driver (who had just arrived) was so kind to me in my stress. He had customer service call me and Allie (?) got my delivery rescheduled for a mere few hours later on the same day!! What a gracious team. Thank you so much to all.

Great product & service.I don't like that WholesomeCo automatically adds a $5 TIP to every order, and I just fell victim to this practice. Even if you're only spending $25. Tip is gratuity based on the service received .That means you choose tip based on the service. A Tip should not be automatically happen without you even knowing it. Medical Patients have to manually change it or pay $5 on every order. I was just charged for a $5 tip that I did not authorize. Please stop that default on your system. There's already additional/ junk fees. This is an item I came and picked up by myself. Nothing to tip for. That's what wages are for. Thank you.

Some months ago I asked my PCP for a prescription for Ambien to help me sleep. She refused and quite vociferously, telling me it is a terrible drug and would not prescribe. She instead suggested getting a cannabis card. She provided the URL to apply, which was taken care of in minutes, and I was in the car to Bountiful. These folks are friendly, helpful, and super knowledgeable. I now use 'Doze 10mg' nightly to get to sleep and stay asleep, and awake in the morning rested and with no side effects and certainly no incidence of driving while asleep or even getting up and raiding the kitchen (yes, I have heard these storied first hand). Many thanks to the fine folks at WholesomeCo. You provide a great service, at reasonable prices and always with a smile!
