Today was the big 7/10 sale. They were really busy. I got a all-in-one vape and got home and it didn't work. Took it back and they exchanged it no problem and no hassle. Great customer service.

Kacey was great. I didn’t give it a thumbs up on the atmosphere as the feel of the store is hectic. It’s so small, the waiting area to get in is ridiculous with the express check out and store patrons stuffed into a room so small, you have to step outside to change your mind. I know the guards have got to be top notch, the stress levels have to be crazy. Once inside the showroom, you are constantly saying “pardon me, sorry, excuse me”. Needs a coat of paint, inside and out. The outside of the building is embarrassing. All that aside, I prefer shopping here than the other store they have in town where you can’t pick something up and just take your time to read the packaging.
