I hate giving a one star to this place, because honestly, I’ve never had any issues until yesterday. I was up there around 5pm, and there was a woman in front of me in line. Two people, a young lady and a man, were working behind the counter checking people in. The young lady was helping the woman in front of me while the man played on his phone or did nothing at all. He looked at me several times, but did not ask me for my ID. I was a little confused to why he couldn’t help me get checked in, so I continued waiting. When the woman in front of me was finished, I stepped up and produced my ID and the young lady took it. Just then, another woman entered, and the man at the counter IMMEDIATELY asked for her ID, despite her being behind me. He checked her ID and she entered ahead of me, since the young lady helping me was moving so slow. I was shocked. I didn’t want to say anything because I was worried about being banned. But how can you SEE ME WAITING?! IGNORE ME?! Then IMMEDIATELY help the person behind me?! And honestly, it looked a certain way to me that I don’t want to speak on. But if you have cameras, take a look. He was also rude, he greeted the woman in front of me, ignored me, and helped the woman behind me. Your front counter people who check IDs are NOT friendly. Everyone else in the dispensary are awesome once you get inside. I’ve been going there for two years, and yesterday left a bad taste in my mouth.

July 2026: Their new system is so slow that the line reaches the parking lot. Zenleaf do better. June 2026 update: below hasn't changed and now it takes pulling teeth to check in with their new system. This place was great until they appear to have been sold to Verano in late 2024(kept secret?). That is when i noticed they stopped carrying the variety of brands they use to and now Savvy and The Essence have taken over (both trash brands). Now I will have to travel 2 hours to go to a dispensary that isn't owned by Verano and actually has decent brands like Gleaf, triple 7,old pal, and more. As the variety isn't what it use to be here. Last summer there was numerous options of each brand now mainly they only stock Savvy and Essence.

I went to this location with my sister with a walker and in pain, There were concerns about maneuverability for me. The company is concerned about the clients. I really felt that. If you have a problem or concerns they are glad to hear them and how they can make it better. The staff was helpful in guiding me in support my needs

The female allied security employee at the door has a real attitude problem. This person is a terrible terrible reflection of the company they are posted at....... 6:54pm I knock on the door she looks at me walks away and starts talking to her friends inside and then comes back a few mins later, opens the door and complains and runs their mouth about "oh we closed, they let you in though" " it's late and it's hot, should be home in the cool....... " -Look lady idk who you think you are but you need to go work at the DMV or perhaps Walmart where people can be miserable and it doesn't matter. I was amazed and laughed about it to employees inside who agree. Been coming here since this location opened, two? companies ago (bought and sold etc) Maybe not judge the guy on the other side of the door, maybe he or she is a business owner, a high level executive or perhaps the brother to the owner of allied security. You just never know ... Here's a tip, unless it's your name on the building or the dirt you're standing on, shut up and do your job. Just wow...really.
