This place really went downhill. I try not to go here. I prefer the one in Norfolk much more friendly staff, much faster service. And they don’t have two lines one for preferred pre-ordered people and another line for second class customers.

Terrible customer service. Faulty tech. Don’t fill anything out online because you’ll just have to fill it out in person again. Who cares though right? It’s monopoly weed

Very helpful and took the time to explain what I was hoping for and why this product was best, to boot 2 different edibles were dbl strength and less expensive than the triple dose which is 150$ on the high end for 10

I miss the cannabist. I have had a terrible experience the past 3 times I have come here. The new operating system is a disaster and it looks like no effort is being made to remedy the problems. For example, I am currently waiting in line at the atm because all of the card readers are not functioning. The last time I attended, there was a line around the corner in 100°F weather. I would go somewhere else if I could.

Variety is better than before, but the lines are god awful even with a pre-order. Transactions a lot slower since they dropped cannabist. Zen leaf stinks. Grow a little and save yourself a lot.

Kelsey informed me of all the upcoming discount days coming up. Tomorrow is veterans Day, she told me it was 25% off. I already get a percentage off for being a veteran, and I wasn't sure about my schedule tomorrow, so I passed on it but am grateful that she mentioned it before checking out the merchandise. I've always had a good experience at your store. Kelsey was great!

Jennifer was awesome today! They recently changed Operating systems so the line outside was fairly long. Jennifer was still patient and personable! She was very helpful when I was placing my order and that type of service is always appreciated.

The product is quality and consistent and I love that. The prices are really high compared to other dispensaries in VA and MD. If the product wasn't so good I wouldn't come back. Most of the time I try to figure out what I want ahead of time because when I go in and dont know the people at the counter are very impatient and always make me feel rushed and I end up buying stuff I dont really want or need just trying to hurry up. If they were more patient I would give more stars. Also the people at the counter dont know the product well enough. I asked if something was for pain and the girl said yes even though it wasn't. Ask the pharmacist not the counter people, thats the pharmacist job to know the product enough to make recommendations based of needs. Fix this and you got 5 stars. I always spend at least 300-500 when I goto a dispensary anywhere in the US.
