Normally I really like this dispensary however I bought a higher end ($20) battery from them about a week ago and a cartridge less than 48 hours ago and the cartridge leaked all of its wax inside of the battery, ruining both the battery and completely draining the cartridge. When I tried to bring it in (showed it to them and everything) they told me that there was nothing they would do. BUT I could have the absolute privilege of spending my own points, which I had to spend money to earn, to take money off my total so when I had to eat the cost of a whole new battery and cart less than TWO DAYS after buying the cart in the first place, it wasn't as much. This is beyond disappointing. I spend a lot of money here. I shop here almost exclusively and the fact that both a cartridge and a battery that I purchased here were ruined in such a short period and that they told me my option was to spend more money is ridiculous and unfair. EDIT; While the worker at the muldoon catalyst was completely unhelpful and fed me the incorrect policies regarding their cart exchange (Catalyst policy is if the cart has mechanical issues such as leaking or unable to pull, you can return it within 72 hours for an exchange) The workers at the location on spenard were incredibly helpful and were later that day able to help me resolve my issue and get a new cartridge. While I was unable to get a new battery because muldoon is the location that I got the battery from and is the only location that still carries them, catalyst itself does not appear to be the problem as much as it was this particular worker/location. So I would gently recommend that you take your money to the Spenard, Old Seward or Northern lights locations instead.

I purchased Dark Matter. It gives a sweet subtle aroma with articulate purpose. Heavy cloud production. Speaks eloquently to the palate. Induces respectful coughing. Quite gas. (If you can't tell already) Will buy again. Love you guys at muldoon!

Usually I have nothing but great things to say but last time I was in I was denied entry cause my I.D was cracked I'm not upset at that I understand that they have policies to adhear to I'm upset at the fact that the gentleman at the front door bent my I.D so much that he made the crack worsen

I’m a veteran of the Army and an Air Force spouse. The first two times I went in I was told I could use the military discount here. This time I was told only if I’m a veteran, which they did not believe. Not consistent, not military friendly. Oddly enough the men who worked there honored it both weeks- when it was only two girls working they assumed I wasn’t veteran and claimed their policy changed. Go to Enlighten, they honor every time, care about their veterans and remember your name. Better prices and treatment. I also noticed catalyst will only respond to their good reviews. You lost a weekly customer that was willing to try a new shop.

Being in the industry myself and coming in from out of town, I can honestly say Luke was awesome to work with. Super knowledgeable, kind, professional, and just overall very easy to talk to. He really took his time with me and made sure I was leaving happy with the quality of what I came in looking for. He even found me a few savings I was eligible for, which I definitely appreciated! The atmosphere was great, and he made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. Definitely cute, friendly, & professional. I truly enjoyed my experience with him and will absolutely be stopping back by next time I’m in town!

Extremely unhappy about the way your business and the way you're employees treated me in my friends on 420 of all days your staff was rude. They did not answer questions. And they demanded that we buy something basically and to top it off, you guys are robbing the public. Nobody even realized but maybe a few folk that your deals yesterday weren't even deals. You charge the same price for your pre rolls on 420 that you do every Tuesday. And then everything else was basically buy. Three get one free where does any of that fall into a great deal category? According to your company, yeah, I don't think I'll be returning at all

I really wish I didn’t have to leave this review, but my last experience was unacceptable. As I was leaving, I gave a stranger an old lighter—something completely harmless—and was immediately confronted and harassed by staff. The way they spoke to me was unnecessarily rude and aggressive, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service matters, and this was the exact opposite of that. No one deserves to be treated like that over something so minor. Unfortunately, I keep coming back because this is the closest dispensary to Eagle River, but if there were any better options nearby, I would gladly take my business elsewhere. I hope management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated.

Honest people making an honest living. I have never met rude/disrespectful workers. Some of the negative reviews are obviously some people who refuse to be held accountable
