Jenny for the win ! Never had a bad customer service experience with this gal behind the counter, including personal experience(s)... Experiences we've all.had, ya go in, lines longer than usual, stores operating systems are down, everyone's flustered, everyone just having one of those off days that occasionally happens. Despite difficulties, Jenny got everyone right while dealing with a rare one off at the store, Jenny was on point, kind, and never made me feel anything close to off, it's rare I feel like, that you get that kinda experience as a custy, where it feels like you're the most important thing taking place, especially during said circumstances...So that being said, I just had to shout her out! Everyone deserves a kind word, this lady deserves several, and I feel the same way about all the staff here, 5 stars for custy service and Jenny plus everyone else there at ANP, just for the way y'all treat people, hoping all y'all read this and know all y'all are appreciated.

Another easy visit to ANP. Angel was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you don't know what you want, she or anyone behind the counter can point you in the right direction. This is my "go to" dispensary. And they deliver!!!!!

They are super helpful and nice! The person that bagged my stuff, Zayne, was extremely kind and I left there feeling a bit more uplifted and than I did before going in! Just through kind interactions

My first attempted delivery was awful as the person was out sick and I didn't receive it or a phone call till late. It was aggravating but understandabe due to the circumstances. However, this is my first delivery and I want to say how nice and helpful my delivery girl was. She was lovely to talk too and she also let me know about the store specials. Will definitely be ordering again!!

Don't place an order and expect to receive it. Waited till 12:30 in the afternoon to let me know my order wasn't coming. After I had to call to find out that it wasn't being delivered. Now thanks to them I'm without my medicine but can wait till tomorrow to deliver. Like that helps anything. Very disappointed. I'll gladly drive 2 hours more just to get good service.

I've been to this dispensary several times, and I can confidently say that Zayne is one of the most knowledgeable budtenders I've ever worked with. His understanding of the products is incredible. He doesn't just recommend what's popular—he actually takes the time to listen to what I'm experiencing, asks the right questions, and consistently points me toward products that fit my specific needs. Every recommendation he's made has been spot on. Whether I'm looking for pain relief, help with stress, better sleep, or just trying to find the right balance, he always knows exactly what to suggest. It's obvious that he genuinely studies the products and understands how different strains, cannabinoids, and terpenes can affect each individual. What really sets Zayne apart, though, is how comfortable he makes me feel. Medical marijuana can be a very personal topic, and it's not always easy to talk openly about what you're dealing with. Zayne creates a welcoming, judgment-free environment where I feel comfortable explaining my symptoms and concerns. He listens with patience, never rushes the conversation, and makes sure I leave feeling confident in the products I've chosen. Customer service like his is hard to find. He's professional, friendly, personable, and genuinely cares about helping people find relief instead of simply making a sale. Because of him, I always leave feeling like my needs were heard and that I'm getting products that will actually help me. If you're visiting this dispensary, I highly recommend asking for Zayne. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to helping patients are second to none. He's a huge asset to the team, and he consistently delivers an outstanding experience every single visit. Five stars isn't enough—he truly deserves the recognition.
