I am writing to express my frustration regarding the handling of my recent order. Although my order was accepted, I received a confirmation call stating that my delivery would be delayed until someone else in my neighborhood placed an order, due to my total being under a certain amount. I waited all day, but the delivery never arrived. When I followed up at 9:00 PM, I was told it likely wouldn't arrive tomorrow either. They could not provide a definitive ETA, as my delivery is entirely dependent on future orders from my area. If this was the policy, my order should have been rejected from the start rather than leaving me waiting without any updates. Emeryville is a short drive away, so I do not understand why my delivery is being indefinitely delayed. It has already been a day, and I would like a clear update. I may just cancel and go somewhere else that gives definite ETA’s and I don’t have to wait to see if somebody from my area will order so my order can go out with theirs. I called the very next morning. Shoutout to Monique for completely saving the day! My order had a bit of a rough start yesterday, but she reached out with a genuine apology and handled it flawlessly. She made sure I was treated as a priority this morning and even gave me a fair discount for the trouble. Her sweet, professional attitude totally changed my experience. I’m updating my rating from 1 star to 5 stars entirely because of her!

Great place — everyone’s welcomed by knowledgeable staff, and the prices are fair. I’d love to give a shoutout to Alan, who’s not just a worker, but a friend who’s always there for you. He’ll ask about your day, give you great recommendations, and really take the time to understand your needs — most importantly, he makes everything flow smoothly and effortlessly. Love the vibe thanks to the staff. Definitely recommend it as a solid local spot

ive lived in hawaii . So if this place wasn't da kine was definitely gonna go to the abc store and get some expensive milk since n cows are on the island;). This place operates the best when you have a clear goal and money to execute it. Dont just grab an expensive gram if that ain't want u want and quit buying grams they do nothing just a brief smoke session for flexing. The staff is wonderful ,sales people are on point and there isn't an angry person on site 10 out of 10
