I was visiting California and stopped into this dispensary with my husband, and honestly, it was one of the strangest experiences I’ve ever had at any shop. Right away, I was told I wasn’t allowed to touch any of the products—even just to check THC percentages. The employee said security “doesn’t like people touching items” because of theft. That felt like an odd and unnecessary comment to make to a paying customer who had just walked in and clearly wasn’t doing anything suspicious. Especially considering staff are right there with you the entire time. I’m from Vegas, so I’m very familiar with pricing and how things typically work. I selected a few items, including some from a 50% off shelf. When my total came up, it was much higher than expected. When I asked about it, I was told the discount hadn’t been applied correctly. So if I hadn’t spoken up, I would have overpaid. That’s a big issue. Either the mistake was overlooked, or it was assumed I wouldn’t notice—but either way, it’s not acceptable. As a cashier, it’s important to ensure discounts are applied properly. In the end, I canceled most of my order and only purchased the two items I originally came in for. There are plenty of other dispensaries to choose from, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this one
