    July 27, 2026

Came in for disposable vape an hour and a half before an event I had scheduled. Got back to my place and found out that they gave me carts instead, but knew I was pressed for time. I called ahead to explain what happened and the rep said they would provide not one but two batteries on the house (no idea why two?) for the inconvenience. I let her know I would come back and get it now as long as it could be quick and she said, yes, they would have the bag waiting. I arrived and they did have the bag waiting, and she said "it will be 16 for the bag". I assumed she meant the paper bag, so I handed her a dollar and then she said. No. $16. I'm agitated as heck and reiterated what I was told over the phone... she said in order to do that I would have to speak with the supervisor. Since I don't have time for that. I paid for the battery and left. Don't go here. The bud tender didn't listen in the first place, then lied about fixing their mistake. Then wasted my extra time. Bad business.
