    As a longtime customer, I’m genuinely disappointed with the changes since STIIIZY took over. One of the biggest reasons I chose this dispensary over others was the ability to browse the products freely. That experience made this location stand out, and now it feels like every other dispensary. The pricing has also become much harder to justify. I used to be able to spend around $60 and leave with two prerolls and three grams of wax. Now that same budget doesn’t go nearly as far, which makes it difficult to keep coming back. I understand that new ownership often brings changes, but not every location needs to follow the exact same model. The unique shopping experience and value were what made this dispensary special. I hope STIIIZY takes customer feedback seriously and considers bringing back what made this store worth choosing in the first place.

    This use to be my favorite place but now since "new layout " you cannot even browse for what you want to buy before you buy it , imagine going to a grocery store waiting in line and then at the front they said ok now go look what you want ???? and the blonde old lady in the front is very rude . fire her hire someone else , she isnt about that stizzy life .

    Always had weird experiences going here wack customer service most of the time I’ve gone but it’s in town so I kept going but now they change to a more regular layout where you wait in line for a helper and you tell them what you want I asked for a cart the guy went to get it and just flashed it to me real quick not letting me get a good look of the packaging looked the same so I thought nothing of it but he ends up selling me a “all in one vape” when I was walking out I looked and realized it was the wrong thing I asked for so I turn around and try to get what I asked for in the first place but I couldn’t because “all sells are final” even though I clearly said “cart” I know regardless I should have checked but the workers should not be this poor
