Hands down the best shop on the Peninsula. The Juva staff here is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, and they actually make you feel like your time is valued, which is rare these days. Their selection is a 'who’s who' of the best brands California has to offer. If you’re looking for Cold Fire, Team Elite, Life is Not Grape, Kiva, Wyld, Up North, Kingroll, or Dimebag, this is the spot. They consistently carry the top-tier products and high-quality cultivators that are hard to find elsewhere. They even have hard to find LA Indoor IYKYK. The absolute best part? The membership. Getting 40% off every day and 50% off on weekends is an unbeatable value. It’s the only place I go now. LETS GO!!!!!

I had a small mix-up with my order where the discounts from my online cart didn’t show up at delivery. I paid the driver anyway, and called the shop to check what happened. Juva's manager responded very quickly. He was extremely understanding and apologized for the error, and fixed the situation right away. Great customer service and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again! Above and beyond nowadays is worth is weight in gold. you know?

Used to be a really good company but they changed recently and screwed me over without any communication. I ordered an oz paid for it and scheduled a delivery for the same day. Later that night I got a call from them saying they were unable to complete my order because they were low on drivers. They asked if they could deliver the next day and I said yes as long as they can be here between 6-8 since that was my only opening for the day. They said they would do that and would also “include a couple of freebies” in the bag when I got my order. So the next day I got another call saying my order wasn’t going to make it in time. To make up for this I was told I would get 40% off of my next few orders. Great sounds good to me. I got my order late and there was a single gummy included with my order. Next time I went to make an order it wasn’t showing the 40% discount so I emailed them and they called me. I was told that I was given a 40% off membership for three months (starting in December) and when I asked why it wasn’t applying the discount they told me that was because the oz I was ordering was “already discounted 30%” and that I would get 10% more off. I was confused because the oz was the same price I always order it for and they told me that’s because that brand is “always discounted”. So since it’s always discounted I actually am only getting a 10% discount for their mistake. Annoying but whatever since I could use the discount for top shelf items instead of the cheap stuff I usually buy I thought okay whatever. A couple weeks later I went to make an order but their whole website was changed and I couldn’t find my membership or discount anywhere. I emailed them hoping for an answer but I never received any email or call back. Straight up scammed me and didn’t care. I won’t be going back. Can’t imagine how the people who were actually paying for the membership feel…

A True Gem Among Dispensaries – Updated 8/27/25 Ever walk into a dispensary and feel overwhelmed by the hustle and high-pressure environment? Think Airfield, one of those “hurry up and buy” shops that prioritize sales over customer care. Juva, on the other hand, is the antidote to those “pump and dump” dispensaries. From my first visit, I knew Juva was different. Joseph, the head budtender, set the tone right away—approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right choice. No pressure, no rush, just real conversation about flowers, edibles, live rosin cartridges, and concentrates. He left me impressed, not only with his knowledge, but with the kind of old-school service that makes you want to come back. Fast-forward to my most recent trip, and I have to shout out Daniel. I came in jonesing for an indica-dominant pick-up and was a little bummed to learn Juva no longer carried Allswell. Without missing a beat, Daniel put me on to a comparable option with Dime Bag and even helped me round out my order with a Wyld pear gummy. What really stood out though was the customer service. I ended up a little short—literally 35 cents—and Daniel not only reminded me about my $10 birthday coupon and a $2 Instagram promo, but when the total still came up just over what I had, he spotted me the difference. That’s the type of above-and-beyond customer care you rarely see these days. I walked in expecting just a quarter, but I left with more than product—I left feeling looked out for. It reminded me of the old days when your plug was as reliable as the milkman. Daniel chopped it up with me, made sure I left happy, and proved that Juva’s culture of care isn’t just a one-off with Joseph—it’s consistent across the team. If you’re tired of transactional “hello, goodbye” dispensaries, Juva is the spot. Whether it’s Joseph breaking down products like a true connoisseur or Daniel making sure a customer walks out smiling no matter the situation, they’ve earned my certified hood approval. Juva isn’t just about cannabis—it’s about community, respect, and keeping the experience authentic. And in today’s world, that means everything Mad love, nugs, and hugs
