    My boyfriend Got the wrong delivery order WEDNESDAY- still have not gotten the right product or a refund This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received. CAVEAT EMPTOR

    I had a very uncomfortable experience at this dispensary that I feel management needs to take seriously. The employee who goes by Tay crossed what I felt was a professional boundary by attempting to give me his phone number while he was working. I came in as a customer to make a purchase, not to be approached personally, and the interaction made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. Employees are in a position where customers should be able to expect professional, respectful service. Being asked to take an employee’s phone number while they’re on the clock put me in an awkward situation and made me hesitant to return. I’m sharing this because I hope management addresses it. Customers should be able to shop without feeling uncomfortable or worrying that routine customer interactions might become personal....

    For over a week from now I been trying to get something delivered. Every time I go to delivery it says express or the other menu, I choose express and am always followed with when checking out saying a $50 dollar minimum is required. Why would it be required for a different menu that always says min order is $20? So first of all, you need to fix your website for that. Second of all every time now that I have put over $50 in my cart (even though I only wanted one dang vape!!) it still said sorry something is wrong and would not let me check out. This has been going on since July 2nd and it is now July 8th. Absolutely ridiculous for someone who doesn’t want to go in person/could be having car issues. FIX YOUR WEBSITE!
