The first time I visited this establishment, they gave me a loyalty punch card. The card stated that on my second visit, they offer an eighth for $1 with a purchase of $20 or more. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my second visit, I was told they no longer honoring their own loyalty punch cards because of an incident at another location. The loyalty rewards were the only reason I had to come back. The selection is small and the prices are average at best. Not honoring your own loyalty punch cards is lying to your customers. I will never go back to any of these stores. By not honoring their loyalty cards, they have lost my loyalty.

Maria the manager and her staff are so friendly. Variety of products and amazing customer service. Very clean dispensary in comparison to a lot of any other places. If you are stopping by on a road trip or live in the area, they have great prices and a good selection for any medicinal needs. They carry my favorite THC vape dime! Those are hard to find so i was happy to see a large selection.

Maria thank you for handling this miscommunication correctly you have been through the worst of this NEW BIG BUSINESS here in Mendota and the quick persistent reaction to this situation was absolutely to the United States Army G(Garison)Lvl standard young buck so speaking as someone who has worked under and above as various management positions believe me when I say thank you for handling this situation correctly you don't see much professionalism being handle at that level in today's day and age and being valley grown I'm sad to say it's becoming more common here in the valley so I commend you for pushing forward as best you can as a young GM with a solid taste and love for premium flower hope your able to keep on bringing that good smokE here to MENDO. Seriously that traditional was slept on for that price someone wisely cleared out the rest of that real premium joint flower GGS fam I'll definitely be sizing up the other traditional products that you have left. I honestly haven't been this excited about a product here since space coyote went out. I'm rooting for you Maria from one neighbor to another seriously wishing you and the rest of the element 7 here the best success and growth this town and surrounding rural towns need so as I mentioned in person if there's anything I can help you with let me know. I hope you're able to establish clear communication to the TOP so you can get all that you need to grow so you can continue to roll with the punches that all of you have experienced from the beginning and the ones yet to come. We live and we learn I'm very glad we got to clear this up. I'll be looking forward to seeing what flower you bring next and how you all grow together as a well-respected TEAM.
