This place need to address the customer experience. Like having to wait 15-30 minutes just to walk in and complete a transaction that should take less than 5 minutes. Waiting around while the staff has a lazy conversation with someone looking for attention is not encouraging me to come back. Are you a business selling products or not? Pay attention.

This is my all time favorite dispensary simply for the people! Walking in the door being greeted by Courage the guard at the front desk was amazing! He is so kind and full of excitement and energy and such an amazing vibe! Then going to the back with the great selection to be met with Geslia the bud tender is great! She is so knowledgeable and kind and informed! The two of them make this shop worth going to! The selection and prices are good too but its the people that make it worth while! And these two have gained the shop a loyal customer!

I was sold the wrong item on purpose and was not offered a refund or store credit when I brought the item in because it had been over two weeks since I made the purchase. The item was in good condition so I was only offered a small discount for a rolled joint, which is not something I usually smoke or ask for. I’m a super loyal customer and am now going to have to take two buses to get to another dispensary. Totally sucks.
