Shop closes at 9:55 just got off work to head here but they said “we close at 9:55” . Bummer really liked this shop but 5 mins to turn away two customers who just want product crazy. Guess I’ll just go back to catalyst

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service during my recent visit. We were sold a product labeled as “premium flower” (West Coast Cure), yet the packaging was already partially open at the time of purchase. Once opened, the product was noticeably dry and did not reflect the quality expected at that price point. When we called to address the issue, the staff member we spoke with was dismissive and unwilling to escalate the concern to a supervisor. The tone was unnecessarily defensive and unprofessional, which only made the situation worse. This experience raises concerns about both product handling and customer service standards. Customers should not have to question whether sealed products have been compromised, nor deal with resistance when attempting to resolve a legitimate concern. I would strongly recommend that management review both inventory practices and staff training moving forward.

Treated me like a criminal. 69 years old with a backpack purse. Broken wrist yet the security guard insisted I leave my backpack purse in the lobby. Was I going to rob them or steal something behind the counter?
