Feels intimidating at first since you're used to being served however the thrill of going looking for your own product was fun, and I didn't hesitate to ask for help. Not to mention the savings on fantastic products.

Truly, save yourself and your money and go somewhere else. Really not good weed compared to nearby places, but also the staff struggles with very simple conversations. Too much smoking on the job or just a very dull group. They really can’t grasp how to run the place which is night and day different from the wonderful people that were here for Cannabist before it got bought out. Hard to try to understand why they act so slow and condescending when the job that they do for a living is as easy at it is. Would recommend any of the other nearby dispensaries— or I’d go as far as saying even the online ones— for better prices, service, and just to save you from childish people and having to spend a silly amount of time walking them through their own job. However, the security staff is great!! Everything else: -420/10.

Reina was awesome and a great help in finding drinks with THC in them that aren’t too icky sweet. I hopefully found what I needed and I was very happy with my experience at Wellgreens today!! First time at the Pacific Beach location. Very nice place to go and great employees to deal with. Even the security guards at Wellgreens are very nice and friendly. All in all a fabulous visit today. Thank you Wellgreens!!

I went here and they gave me 15% off for being a first time customer. A couple days later I see their billboard saying that first time customers get 50% off at all locations. It says "no gimmicks. No limit" So I called and talked with a manager, Kace or something like that, and I told him the situation and I asked him if he could honor the 50% discount, and he told me that I would have had to have mentioned the billboard when I came in the first time. What kind of BS is this. That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. If your policy is your policy, and your current sale is your current sale...I shouldn't have to know this of my own accord and inform you of it. This is shameful behavior from this business. And then when I asked if he would honor the deal for next time, he said he couldn't give me 50% off, but could do some other amount. The fact that I had to even ask instead of him proactively offering something shows a lack of customer service experience. You can't blame the manager though, because when I asked him if he thought any of this made sense, he said, "no, I agree with you", so really this is the owner's fault coming up with this dumb policy and training their employees to do this. Now I remember when I walked him the guard at the front asked me where I heard about them, and that's so he could determine what percentage of discount to give me that day. If you have a customer who has already paid $150+ with you (proving that they are a warm client that will spend money with you), and they are feeling like they were slighted by the situation...the obvious move is to just take care of them so that you can retain them as a long term client. But either the manager doesn't care, or the business has so many customers that I'm meaningless to them. The budtender that helped me the day that I went in was awesome. I can't remember her name, but she was really knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping me out with my wifes medical issue. Unlike the manager. 👎
