I feel like this to dispensaries one of the top dogs in the area based on quality quality pricing. Plus they have a good rewards program.

I must say that the customer service was absolutely above and beyond! The Man that I spoke to over the phone was extremely informative, courteous, and he actually walked me around and made me feel more than comfortable. The Woman that helped me check out was also extremely pleasant...This will definitely be my go to for the CBD oil that I utilize for my Private Practice. Thank you!

Very disappointing experience overall. The staff came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, and at times inserted themselves into situations that didn’t involve them, which only escalated tension instead of resolving anything. Customer interactions should be handled with basic respect, and that was clearly lacking here. On top of that, the pricing feels inconsistent and inflated compared to other nearby shops. The value just isn’t there, especially when better options exist down the street with more competitive deals and better service. Overall, this place feels overpriced and poorly managed in both service and customer experience. I would not recommend it.

I am super disappointed in this service year. I drove super far and I didn’t have my ID because somebody stole it out of my wallet and I had a temporary ID along with the photo ID as well as my old ID with the QR code, but Hector gave me a bunch of problems and he refused to service me. That’s OK but the policy next-door at the catalyst was able to take me with my proof of ID. Hector was very arrogant, and I will not be returning because I don’t appreciate how rude he felt he had to be.

As a paying customer, I refuse to tolerate this level of arrogance and disrespect. I will not spend my hard-earned money at an establishment that treats people this way. Do not shop here. Take your business to Catalyst or Flame instead, where customers are actually treated with respect. We know our power when we control where we sound our money and we should not be spending with people who disrespect us to our face. Hector is the individual I dealt with.

Had a great experience at Delta Dispensary in Antioch. I stopped in yesterday and was helped by Gabby, one of the managers, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I always like to ask the staff what they're personally enjoying when I'm looking for flower, and she gave me a few solid recommendations to choose from. The flower I ended up picking was exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I also took advantage of a promotion they were running, which made the deal even better. Overall, the service was excellent, the recommendations were on point, and the entire pickup experience was smooth and enjoyable. I'll definitely be back. Thanks, Gabby and Delta Dispensary!

I love the deals and discounts delta has on a daily basis. Only issue is I noticed with the cities brand.3.5, some flowers looks less than the others. I will ask to see it before purchasing again. Other than that it's all good.

Had my card information stolen from this facility through their machines I’m called. Let them know manager that I had spoke to seem like he didn’t care told me that their machines are checked every morning doesn’t mean somebody can’t come in and do something to the machines throughout the afternoon and evening was fully dismissed. I would think twice about using your card there in their machines I would only use cash.
