    Came here today and was automatically greeted as soon as I walked in by a lovely budtender that was doing online orders she was so patient with me had the greatest attitude, the most friendliest personality, and was able to get me in and out in no time and I believe her name was Lupe this place rocks!

    Only because online priced different then what was in store and they would not honor it saying it was a mistake. The same price was up for 3 days, maybe longer that’s when I stopped checking. She had spoke to the manager to and he just brushed it off as I will contact corporate. Well not even great customer service, just customer service period u would honor that price on the behalf of whoever’s mistake . Might of been his mistake that’s why

    I’ve been a loyal STIIIZY customer and shop at this location multiple times a week, spending hundreds of dollars over time. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was by far the worst I’ve had. I purchased a 1g pod, and immediately after leaving the store I noticed it was clogged. I had to inhale extremely hard just to get airflow, which is not how a brand-new cartridge should function. I returned to the store right away to explain the issue. After waiting in line, an employee asked how she could help. Once I explained the problem, she directed me to cashier #6, but then walked away to assist another customer and left me unattended. I waited around 15 minutes for help. Another customer waiting with me was there for the exact same issue a clogged cartridge. Both of us were waiting with defective products while other customers were helped, which made the situation feel very frustrating. When I was finally assisted, I explained that I’m a regular customer and very familiar with how STIIIZY pods are supposed to work. The employee tested the pod and insisted it was “normal,” saying it was expected to require pressure when inhaling. A new cartridge should not have restricted airflow or require excessive force just to use. I asked to speak with the manager because I felt my concern was not being taken seriously. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager was even more disappointing. She did not ask about my experience or try to understand the issue. Instead, she immediately took me outside to test the pod on one of the store’s batteries. While it produced some vapor, the airflow was still poor and the pod was clearly not performing like a properly functioning cartridge. What frustrated me most was the way the situation was handled. The manager repeatedly talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and made me feel like I was wrong instead of listening to my experience. She continued insisting there was nothing wrong and refused to replace the defective pod. In the end, I was sent home with the same cartridge that still had horrible airflow. I explained that I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable I simply wanted a replacement for a defective product. I use STIIIZY to help manage my anxiety and insomnia, and I specifically explained that I didn’t want to go home and have a difficult night with a pod that wasn’t working properly. Unfortunately, I left with both a defective product and a negative customer service experience. Defective products can happen, but how a company handles them matters. As a manager, the expectation should be to listen, show professionalism, and work toward a reasonable solution. Instead, I felt dismissed and disrespected over a simple replacement. I’ve never had an experience like this at STIIIZY before, which is why this was so disappointing. I hope management reviews how customer concerns are handled at this location. Loyal customers deserve to be heard and treated with respect. I would appreciate being contacted by STIIIZY management so we can discuss this matter, find a resolution, and help prevent this type of experience from happening again.

    Just went into tizzy thought I got a good deal but it turns out that they miss label products and then they forced the sale on you so if they force the sale on you, that means they rang you up for whatever they wanted to charge watch out for the dude with the glasses and baseball cap. He is no good watch your wallet
