I usually love coming to this medmen location cause the workers are so kind, respectful, and very helpful. The last few times I was at this location the guy in the front was giving me the cold shoulder and ignoring me but I genuinely don’t know what the problem is. He was ignoring me and but was only talking to my friend and I was saying hello and followed the rules. So tbh I’m just going to a different location. Thank you to ladies who treated me well there. ❤️

I usually go to this one when I’m visiting LA but my last visit was nasty and rude. They do have a bag policy at this location and unfortunately I had a very expensive bag with so when the desk girl informed me of the policy and the rack right next to the door. I said sorry, nvm. She gets aggressive and is like oh well it because they got robbed earlier. Well more reason for me to not leave my bag. I explained to her if the store got rushed, I would be at a loss. She say oh no they have a security guard ( who was stationed nowhere near the rack). When I tried to politely explain to her how thats not how that works, she starts talking over me to leave. She could’ve just silently handed back my ID to begin with no discussion. Its my right to not shop at anywhere that I’m uncomfortable. It wasn’t even a big deal, I wouldve came back without my bag but now I will not be coming back.

Their 1st time customer deal is only when you spend 65+⁉️⁉️ that's so backwards... The demeanor of the ppl is not welcoming to everyone ... Or wasnt to me... Then they have the prices printed so small you literally need perfect vision, which the staff thought was funny to say, to read or a magnifying glass. They clearly aren't made for older stoners. I'll go to the hood, at least they halfway have decent 1st time customer deals and legible labels.
