  Woman with the face piercings was incredibly rude, seemingly loathes answering questions and talking with the general public. That mixed with overly marked up pricing was all I needed to know, not coming back.

  This company is a scam ripoff. I've been a long time customer, and ordered apparel from their website and they never sent it. No one reply to my multiple emails, no reply to IG DM, nothing. Complete scam ripoff do not give them your business

  I’m a single widowed dad, temporarily here in town for work with my son. The state I'm from allows children to accompany parents on sales floors, I thought it was reasonable to ask at the front desk while I was out running errands with my son. I opened the door, and as soon as they noticed me I was immediately met with hostility. It threw me off at first, both staff members aggressively raised their voices at me in front of my son. But I didn’t rebuttal and left immediately, but while at the door I did try to explain that this doesn’t warrant the moral outrage, it’s permitted in other parts of the country, I was only there to ask and this was a misunderstanding. One of the women proceeded to follow me outside on the sidewalk just to tell me “you’re a really bad father.” The way they handled the situation caused a traumatic experience for my son, it was super unnecessarily escalated by them. Do better, understand context before going nuclear on people..

  The girl with the eyebrow piercing is so rude , usually the girls here are pretty friendly especially when I have questions but I asked if they have a single gram I could buy and was met with an ugly face expression like it was stupid question to ask,which she proceeds to say they only sell eiths ,it's cool I bought the eight but I don't need the attitude with it, after paying I got no thank you ,matter a fact I beat her to wishing her a good rest of her day ,I work customer service too I deal with stupid questions all the time but to make a customer feel stupid your forgetting the point ,where the good welcoming experience experiene ? Especially if your wanting tips for the service

  Terrible experience had my sister visiting wanted to show her my fav place went in customer was talking security guard I walked waited and no response so went to give my ID customer say hey it’s my turn while never interacted till was ready neither employee or security guard said anything he starts to complain and cuss at me I left . Return the day after to talk to someone told them it the black security with the military bucket hat the girl got pissed (woke) said don’t call him that I told her it was to describe the security as they had different black is literally an ethnicity I don’t mind but I don’t need an employee infringing on my right to speak and it wasn’t it even racist sorry last time.

  I believe if people are spending money no matter how much or how little a proper experience should be given or at least have information on what is on the floor being sold to consumers, what is what and so on. I asked questions about the nun flower and the "bud-tentder" told me if i wanted to know to look it up on my phone because they werent told anything. I regret not saying anything in the moment but i decided at the time it be best to just send an email sharing this experience. I have not opened any of the products if possible I'd like to get my money back and go elsewhere . Also noticed there are 2 sales tax. I have sent an email with more details to the contact us emails posted on site but even that is not accurate .

  I’m a regular customer who spends a lot of money here and buy the same product regularly, so I know exactly what to expect. Today I received a bad batch of flower that smelled and felt very wrong, not even close to what I usually get. I went back within less than an hour, and the same employee refused to replace it, claiming it’s “illegal by law” to take flower returns. That is misleading. Under California cannabis regulations, dispensaries may not resell returned cannabis, but they ARE allowed to exchange or replace defective products. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a discount (after I already paid $80) basically asking me to spend more to fix their mistake. No accountability, no customer care. Very disappointing.

  Worst dispo of all time!!! Very rude workers, terrible selection, overpriced. And they close early all the time! Wouldn’t even consider this place a real dispensary

  I got a great experience in-store and also afterwords with products. Iva (i hope im spelling correctly her name) was super nice and helpful during my two visits, she recommended great products and took the time to understand what I was looking for :)

  yaaaa I would say go elsewhere to buy your weed, especially disposable pens. This is my third time getting a busted Raw Garden pen...the quality is bad & quite frankly the prices could be better. It's also impossible to ever get a hold of someone in the store when I call. There is only ever one person working when I go in, when I call or the three numbers they have listed online don't work lol. The bud tenders don’t seem informed enough about weed to ask in depth questions. I’ve tried asking before & was given the same basic answers you’d hear anywhere else…There are way better dispensaries in the city. Save your time & money please. SEE BELOW: photo I posted is a $54 disposable Raw Garden pen. Why am I spending this money when it’s mismatched??? Also, last time I had an issue they didn’t answer the phone so I couldn’t let them know the problem with my purchase lol
