Bought an all in one vape pen at Satori. It did not smoke. I immediately went back to exchange. Manager extremely rude and told me that I had to charge it for it to work. I knew she was wrong but, I took it home and charged it for 2 hours -still doesn’t work. Called to discuss. Manager gone for the day and salesman not authorized to exchange. Not looking for return, only replace. Extremely disappointed and frustrating. No longer doing business at Satori.

I love this place! Everyone is so awesome and helpful! Changed my mind, I've been a loyal customer since they first opened, I'm disabled and appreciate their delivery service. Which seems to be nonexistent right now. I waited two days for an order, told me the first day the order would be delivered first thing the next day. Next day still no driver and part of the order no longer was available. It was available the day before. They had a substitute I could have for four dollars more. When I told them to use the tip I had paid for the delivery they hung up on me. I'm sure they won't miss my couple hundred bucks a month. I don't appreciate being treated so rudely by someone I'm paying for a service.

One of the men working on 2/28/2026 was very rude, an un professional. Long story short, will not be returning. The dispensary down the street is way better priced, an very friendly. I will not be returning to satori, very disappointed in there professionalism

Satori Wellness in McKinleyville is hands down the best dispensary experience around. From the moment you walk in, they treat you like family. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. What really sets them apart is their knowledge. Every staff member I’ve interacted with knows their products inside and out and takes the time to explain options without ever making you feel rushed. Whether you’re experienced or new, they make the whole process comfortable and easy. They also consistently have great deals, which makes it even better. Quality products, fair prices, and top-tier customer service — you really can’t ask for more. Every single staff member is awesome. Highly recommend Satori Wellness to anyone in the McKinleyville area!

Tale of two dispensaries here. I have gone to Satori Wellness several times a week for the last two years. In the beginning, I was carded like any dispensary, no issues. But today, I was told that I would not be served, and was asked to rudely leave by the "manager" on duty. I was told that my ID was expired in their system, and that they could not serve me. (Which I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND, as with alcohol, cigarettes, etc. No issue. I can easily come back with my passport. But the issue arose at the HOW I was told to leave. BTW, The ID that I had on file with them expired in 2024! So they apparently NEVER checked my current IDs expiration dates for the last year!. Today was just the random day that someone decided to deep dive, and then tell me that that I will not be served EXTREMELY RUDELY. I asked if I could talk to the manager, since I have a good relationship with everyone at the shop. She came out, and would not let me even talk! She ushered me out of the store, and told me that I would not be served! Crazy! I had zero issue coming back with my passport, but The person checking me in, and the manager acted like they had never seen me in my life! I was appalled really. I have never been thrown out of anywhere. Again, zero issues with the laws. It was just insane that they chose to handle the situation the way that they did. I will be reporting to the proper authorities since the company felt ok taking my business for over a year with an expired ID, but felt the need to throw me out today.

The staff are amazing. I felt cared for while I was there. They even have First aid/CPR/AED and Stop the Bleed certified staff. Now that's love. If your up for a fun adventure let the tenders pick for you. Just leave something in the jar share that love....

Made a fool of myself by trying to exchange two carts from two different companies because they didn't work for me. Obviously the problem was my battery. Came in with my old Satori battery and carts, Alyssa gave me a new battery for free and was much kinder than I deserved. Made me a regular.

Clean and well-organized shopping environment and the budtenders were able to recommend the perfect products for me. I got friendly and personalized service with a smile and appreciated their attention to detail.
