The Earth has hands down one of the best customer care support the industry has to offer. They listen to any issue you may have and come up with a solution that benefits the customer. I appreciate everything you guys have done. As a caregiver any support is welcomed, and with the Earth's customer support, they always far exceeds my expectations. Peace, Love, and Happiness.

Went in a couple weeks ago but I wanted to say how well maintained this store is. The bud tender who helped me was on top of it. I didn't have to wait and they had everything I needed and helped me pick another type of vape that was even better than one I was looking for. So thank you so much cassie and keep getting those badass tats girl!

My dog, Brother, and I enjoy going to this dispensary. Everyone is super nice. Super knowledgeable and love my dog! All I have to do is tell them where I'm at and what I think I'm looking for, and they put all MY puzzle pieces together into one product, whether it's a gummy, a joint, flower, or a beverage. You will enjoy the music and the service.

I L💗VE this store and the whole team, Sara, Brian, Dylan, and all the fabulous staff...they are so knowledgeable and sweet! I opened this store back in the day when it was just medical and have tried many others, but the prices/products & customer service do not even compare. FROM THE EARTH is spot on the best collective in Orange County - 5 STARS!!! A-1 Service & Products! Spend your $ & time here; it's worth it, 100%, and they recycle their bags. All they need is an in-house coffee bar & smoke lounge...just sayin 😉

Great Products, lame business practices when purchasing. Been shopping here since I moved here almost 2 years ago. Great selection and can’t find another store similar in OC. The customer service is usually pretty great too. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because every time I go in , I get an order lined up , ask “what’s the price out the door including tax” and almost always give me a number that does not include the tax. Today I went in for the first time in months and was excited to get my favorite products, and was told my order was only $138, great deal right ? Well my excitement and happiness was completely taken away when he flipped the screen and told me it was $190 with tax right before I swiped. Why tell me the out the door is $138? And when I called and nicely asked if they had a corporate phone number or manager on hand the employee laughed and said that there’s only an email and the floor manager is busy. There’s never a GM on site to speak with. So I was reminded why I unfortunately stopped coming to this place. Not because of the tenders or cause of. The price to selection, but because of the lying on our the door pricing. Go figure that these guys will gladly take your money, but if you have an issue with your order, you can only email them and wait days for a response. If they do.
