Low customer service skills. Tried to make a return because a discount wasn’t explained properly to me and resulted in me paying MORE for items. Tried to make return less than five minutes after sale. Lady said “if I paid cash they could have fixed it for me in separate transactions” and I said I did in fact pay in cash and was still not helped. The person who checked me out said I had 7 days for returns and exchanges as long as I had my receipt, not just on pods, and she wouldn’t even allow me to return my pods or do an exchange! ETA: I did provide my receipt and speak to a manager on the phone as per the owner here, AGAIN NO RESOLUTION was provided for the customer. “We’ll talk to the bud tender” but no store credit to compensate for the misinformation for the customer? What does that do for me? Terrible management and customer service. I’d like to be contacted by the owner directly to come to an ACTUAL resolution that helps THE CUSTOMER. No accountability by this company. All this BS about “we can’t return the items because they aren’t defective” then compensate me for being lied to by your employees! Out here risking long term customers over $10! Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Terrible business. The worst dispensary that I have ever dealt with by far. Complete scammers. Make sure and open your delivery and thoroughly inspect it before you pay. High chance it’s not what you ordered or thought was a good deal. They deal a lot of trickery BUYER BEWARE
