I’m updating my review because I had another outstanding experience at Jane Dispensary, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Saul. I’ve been in the cannabis industry for over 30 years, and it’s not often that someone truly impresses me with their knowledge—but Saul absolutely did. His experience, product knowledge, and recommendations were top-notch. Thanks to his guidance, I walked out with my dream basket of eight different jars of premium flower, and I couldn’t be happier with my choices. If you’re looking for someone who really knows the products and takes the time to help you find exactly what you’re after, ask for Saul. Thanks again for an awesome experience!

Jane is such a nice dispensary. Every time I find myself in Northern California I am excited to go there! They have a great selection and a nice open store layout. The staff is friendly and attentive. I really appreciated Missy’s help, she was very kind! 10/10. I wish we had a dispo like Janes in Portland!

Dear Jane Dispenary Staff, I am writing to share my recent experience with Jane Dispensary, and I must say it is truly a one-of-a-kind establishment. Between the Cotati and Santa Rosa locations, the service and quality consistently exceed expectations, making it one of the best dispensaries I have visited in California. The staff at both locations are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they do a fantastic job of highlighting current deals and promotions. Furthermore, the product selection—including the flower, concentrates, edibles, and pre-rolls—is of exceptional quality. I wanted to reach out and commend your team for maintaining such top-notch standards across your locations. It is a pleasure to support such a well-run business. Best regards, Walter

On Thursday, I picked up my order at Jane's Santa Rosa store. I greeted enthusiastically by the young gentleman at the desk, ( Sorry I missed his name) who acknowledged my order and directed to the counter area. There I was waited on by Myra. She was efficient, had a big smile and an effervescent personality which made for a great shopping experience. I've shopped at both stores and the atmosphere is collegial, friendly to customers and offer a warm and inviting atmosphere. I give Myra and Jane's ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ June 6, 2026 Happy Saturday! It's been a while since I written a review of Jane's. I have to say that every time I've gone to Jane's, whether in Cotati or Santa Rosa, I'm always greeted like a friend with a big smile. It's a feeling of comfort and camaraderie. On top of that we share some laughs as the ambiance sets the stage. My thanks to everyone I've come in contact with when I've visited the store. This Thursday, I was waited on by Missy, and it was as enjoyable as always. She was very pleasant, and we shared some friendly conversation and a few laughs. The day had been going great, and the laughter we shared just topped it off. So, if you would like a wonderful experience, give them a try and remember not to leave your smile at home because the reward you will receive will match it. ⭐️. ⭐️ . ⭐️. ⭐️. ⭐️

I used to frequent this dispensary all the time, had the best things to say about the place but the last few times I’ve been in, have left me questioning supporting this place. I walked in to one of the employees making a gay joke which was as completely inappropriate, errors on my receipts after payments, and the staff not being on the same page about deals going on…. Bummer, lost us as regulars
