Packs is not what is used to be. I used to come at least every other week if not every other day, this has been my spot for years until recently noticing some observations. I have had good experiences with budtenders though the manager of the bud tenders does seem to have an attitude quite often and rarely looks happy wanting to help. So many bud tenders have left and it seems as if the care for customers is not there like it used to be. I dont live close, I ordered an online, ordered early so I can be sure to get what I want, Someone dropped the ball somewhere and they did not have what I already ordered when i receiveda confirmationto pick up! Very disappointed, regardless of new budtenders, the care for customers should always be #1 and I 100% blame that on whoever manages the budtenders. I will not be going back for that reason. Though I will give a shout out to Courtney , Andrea, Ray and security, you guys are awesome and not one complaint! They all need a raise !
