  really unfortunate customer service from a dispensary i used to love supporting. i purchased a new product (maple sugar cubes, for my coffee… was so excited) and when opening at home both packages were melted and sticky with oil seeping out of the plastic case. i brought back the next day an was told nothing could be done. disappointing and won’t be back. :(((

  Staff I believe if I heard it correct when security call the name Eric he’s always awesome always on point when he recommends me what to try past couple vape I got and always friendly compare to other shops always seem annoyed when customers walk in but here is different more welcoming.😎

  I went to The Flore to get some gummies to help me sleep. The staff was super helpful and guided me to one I really liked. They have a great selection, and I also really appreciated how beautifully the place is decorated. I’d highly recommend this spot! The flower cannabis looked excellent too.

  ***** 5 Stars ***** Absolutely love this place! The environment is welcoming, clean, and has a relaxed vibe that makes every visit enjoyable. The selection is top-notch—whether you're looking for flower, edibles, or concentrates, they've got something for everyone. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with recommendations or answer questions without making you feel rushed. Easily one of the best cannabis clubs around. Highly recommend!

  Hello, I just want to give a review for the Ladybug herbal Balm that I got at the holiday mixer for sweet leaf. Thank you for letting me sample this. Since then I have used it a few times, shoulder muscle pain and on feet and ankle. And I am pleased with the results from your product… I will like to know when it does hit the market.   This shop has an extremely well curated flower menu. The staff is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the plant. Highy recommended! Oh and they have dog treats for our furry friends.

  Updated Review (see below for original review) After the owner’s response, I went back a couple weeks ago to give them another try. I was welcomed in without having to provide a phone number. I received the same level of kind and knowledgeable service I had welcomed from previous visits. I will continue to scope out their inventory and head by when they have what I’m looking for. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just an unfriendly and uninformed (or uninforming?) employee staffing the front door the day I was refused entry. Previous Review: Convenient location and nice folks inside the store are outweighed by the fact that the security guard (after many visits) refused me entry because I didn’t want to give them my phone number so they could spam me. To be clear, there is no state/federal law that requires giving out your number. It’s only for SPAM/marketing. There are plenty of other spots in the near vicinity that don’t operate like this. [Edited out names of competing local dispensaries] Five months later and I haven’t been back, despite the fact that it is my closest dispensary. Vote with your money and refuse excessive data collection and spam.

  Great experience. I've been to quite a few dispensaries and this place is hands down the best. Everyone seems to be very knowledgeable about the products and that made it feel like every item was researched and studied/tested throughly. Also the products I've purchased seem to be very high in quality. I refuse to buy from any other dispensary, 🫡

  I am very late to writing this review, but I loved the experience I had at Flore back in September! The lady that assisted me walked me through all their selections and gave very helpful, honest insight on products that were unfamiliar to me. For the life of me, I wish I could remember her name because she made my life that day. 10/10, if I'm in San Fran, I'm going again. :)
