  Their sales are a scam. Selling 1yr old+ flower acting like they’re giving you a deal when there’s probably bud rot / mold. SMH just go to cannavine 100x better and 5 min walk away. You’re getting jugg’d on your 30% off, discolored, 14 month old harvest date. Straight air. Avoid

  I’ve been coming to this store for over 4 and a half years, always the same branch without switching and honestly it’s usually been a good experience. The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and helpful, with good vibes every time I walk in. But during my last visit, one specific employee completely changed that experience for me. This happened to me couple of weeks back but it’s definitely scares me because I want to go to the store but scared. I was asking about two products with the same THC potency where one was around $50 and another was only $20. I asked twice because I was genuinely surprised because I’ve been buying this product since 4 and half years and wanted to understand the difference. Instead of explaining professionally, the employee responded with a comment that honestly scared and shocked me, which I am hesitant to even type. Note: Those amounts are wrong as I do not want to be known at all. I understand people can have bad days and the world is stressful place right now, but customers shouldn’t be made uncomfortable for asking normal questions. We come in to support the business and rely on these products as part of our day-to-day lives. I’m willing to give this place another chance because my experiences over the years with the rest of the staff have been positive. I’ll just be sticking to the days when the helpful employees are working so that I can avoid such situations but I’d beg to have some sensitivity.

  As always, Josh was super helpful and knowledgeable. Love this place! Such good products and competitive pricing. The staff made sure to reorder things I had asked if they would restock. Also went on 4/20/26 this year and got a 250$ giveaway bag for 1$!! That in itself is unheard of, but within the bag itself was a HUGE variety of different brands, different products, and different strains. There were things I usually buy and things I’ve never tried before! I never go anywhere else. Thank you guys for being you!🫡

  discriminatory treatment at reception I had a prepaid pickup order for yesterday at 8:50 PM and have shopped here before. Upon arrival, the white male staff member at the reception didn't give me a chance to explain why I was there. He immediately demanded my ID and then told me to step out of the store. What happened next is deeply concerning. I sent my friend, who was with me, back in to pick up the same order. Despite the order being in my name, the receptionist handed it over without checking his ID at all. So the rule, checking ID before serving a customer, was enforced selectively: strictly against me, but completely ignored for my friend. The lack of consistency shows this wasn't about policy enforcement. I was turned away without being allowed to speak, yet someone else could walk in and collect my prepaid order with zero verification from the same staff member. That level of disrespect and differential treatment is completely unacceptable.
