  One of the best overall shops in town. They dont try to rip u off like other places (Sparc) for 1. This place has great customer service usually no line and dose great deals. I only get my cartridges there I get raw garden they usually have a by 2 get 1 for a $1 deals so thats what I do. I totally recommend them for the prices and quality of raw gardens. And the best part u can call and they will tell u if they have the deals on or not its great. This place is a total recommend

  I came here with my fifteen month old daughter, and I got kicked out. I promise you she's not here to buy any product. Whenever I go to bevmo, they let me walk around with the baby in the stroller. Without saying "sir, babies are not allowed to drink alcohol."

  Well this is the only club I've gone to in the pass 5 or 6 years. Absolutely the best people in the world work there, kind caring and extremely patient. Delivery drivers are the best, a big shout to "Bob" truly one of the best. Very loyal customer here. Much love to all. Happy 4/20 Well another great 420 at Alternative's, you guys did a great job. The staff is just absolutely wonderful. Always treat with the most kindness Haley and Damian and the rest of the staff. Happy Easter and most of all Happy 420. Much love Laura and Brenda 2025.   This rating is an accumulation of visits and not a reaction to just poor service. Inconsistent products and wait times are something else. 20 minute wait with 1 person in line, only to receive the wrong thing. Management fixed it, thank you, but the problem is persistent. I didn't even get my change from the initial transaction.

  Great customer service , always have been helped when I walk in the door with friendly faces….. alternatives has a huge supply of pre-rolls including some my favorites floracal, king rolls, darts, cavi cones, and papa herb , they have great deals , huge supply of flower and edibles including Kahna , emerald sky , and whoas … I rate this dispensary a 10/10 and number one in Sonoma county

  Been coming here for years and always had mixed feelings about the service, but the good prices made up for it. Today I was completely baited and switched by an online promo, and when I complained about it I kind of got under the skin of the employee who took my call. Didn't mean for him to take it personally, guess he was having a rough day. Either way, probably better they don't come to my house.

  UPDATED 2/13/2025 Still have great prices, truly massive selection, incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Excellent discounts and sales, like early bird specials, holiday sales, buy one get one ___ off/for ____ amount, etc. Even without sales and discounts, in general they have better prices than the "big name" stores. It can be a bit hard to find the first time, as it's a small side street off Sebastopol Ave. that's easy to miss. Look for the funny looking flat-topped tree on the street corner, and once you turn onto it, look for the large green building with agiant metal giraffe in front, you can't miss it. There's a bigger parking lot in back, but the entrance is hard to see the first time as the building is close to the street, and the gate is set back a bit. Go past the teeny parking area and take a left just after the end of the bigger green building. The entrance to the other lot runs alongside the main building and then opens up at the back, and you can walk through a gateway to the front of the building.

  Awesome place with knowledgeable employees. Lots of great deals every day. Currently between 9 am-11 am ALL products are 25% off. It's my go to favorite dispensary. There's a large variety of cannabis to choose from. I highly recommend this dispensary.
