    I went in about two weeks ago and bought my usual supply of concentrate (loyal customer who regularly shops there). I was purchasing live resin and only asked to see products from that section. I selected a Maui Wowie Sugar Diamonds by Tutti (among other similar products), paid, and was given my items as normal. Of course, as I then went home and began using my purchases, I realized (unfortunately by opening the product and attempting to use it as I would live resin) that I had actually been given the Maui Wowie Live Hash by Tutti. So after only using one very small portion of the product, I came back over the Santa Cruz Mountains from where I live in an attempt to exchange the errant product. Unfortunately, I was told by employees that they "did not return/exchange open product" (which might normally make sense because the store can't resell it), but seeing as the only mistake I personally made was not reading the label on the package given to me by the original budtender before opening the box (which that employee really should have done more carefully as well), and possibly shopping there in the first place, I really feel that the business should have eaten the cost of that mistake and made it right with me, the customer. EDIT: Brett, the owner, is a solid dude! When he realized the mistake that had been made, he personally made sure that I had a satisfying customer experience to make up for it! He also talked to his employees to make sure something like this wouldn't happen again, but while respecting them and not blaming them for what was really a small mistake in the end. He seems like a kind boss and a good business owner! I will definitely be continuing to give this club my business!

    What a great little place!! We were just visiting from the East Coast, but if I lived in the area, this would absolutely be my regular spot. Our budtender (very sweet young woman with long hair) was so friendly, helpful, and fun to chat with. The prices were reasonable and the selection was much bigger than we’re used to on the other side of the country. Thanks for a great experience!! Wishing you all the best and continued success. 🤗
