Zero stars if that were an option. I walked in asking for what I have always known as a blunt—a pre-rolled product similar to a joint. It quickly became obvious that the employee and I were using different terminology, which is perfectly understandable. What is not understandable is how poorly she handled it. She could clearly tell that I did not understand what she was describing, yet instead of slowing down, showing me the product, or explaining what made it different, she simply continued with a vague explanation and completed the sale. When I opened it, I found a large, unfamiliar cardboard-style product with a small tip or filter, and the contents immediately spilled out. It was nothing like what I believed I had purchased. I brought it back immediately and calmly explained that I had not understood what she was trying to tell me. Her response was that it was not her job to explain the product to me and that it was my responsibility to know what I was buying. That attitude is astonishing. When a customer is asking questions and is visibly confused, explaining the product is not an unreasonable favor—it is the most basic function of customer service, particularly at a dispensary where products, terminology, formats, and potency can vary significantly. What made the situation even worse was having security come over. That was offensive, unnecessary, and intimidating. I was not threatening anyone. I was simply trying to resolve a misunderstanding that resulted from poor communication. Bringing security into an ordinary customer-service conversation sends the message that customers who ask questions or challenge a mistake will be treated like a problem rather than someone deserving of respect. A dispensary that serves the community should strive to educate and assist its customers, not embarrass or intimidate them for seeking clarification. To the store’s credit, they ultimately agreed to exchange the product. However, they didn’t even have the item I had originally gone in to purchase. By that point, I simply wanted to leave. I accepted the closest alternative they had, not because it was what I wanted, but because I was exhausted by the entire experience and just wanted it to be over. Correcting the transaction after all of that doesn’t erase the poor communication, the dismissive attitude, or the unnecessary escalation that should never have happened in the first place. A good dispensary welcomes questions and educates its customers. A bad one makes customers feel stupid for asking and then escalates the situation with security instead of simply providing good customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was firmly in the second category. I won’t be returning, and I certainly can’t recommend this business to anyone looking for a welcoming or professional experience.

Would give six stars. It was off the charts. I couldn't find it on any Billboard Top 40. I guess it could also be a Doctor's chart.
