  Two times I have gone to the store and tried to purchase a strain that the website said was available on Sunday sale price. I was informed they were out of stock. The next day surprisingly the sale over they have the strain again. I don't appreciate the shenanigans. Don't make me drive to your store for nothing. You lost me, The Grove. I don't like LIARS. I found the strain I was looking for somewhere else for much less money. I won't be back.

  DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT ROUNDING YOUR TOTAL UP BY $0.04!!!! I placed an online order for pickup and noticed on the list of charges, one was listed as "Rounding" and it was for $0.04. This is NOT the penny being out of mint rounding that is happening. This is STEALING plain and simple. #1. When I went into the store, I indicated I was going to pay with a credit card so no physical cash was being exchanged making the penny situation irrelevant. #2. If the rounding was done properly and was rounded to the NEAREST nickel, then in no scenario would you EVER need to round in either direction by $0.04. I let the employee in the store know what was happening and their response to me was "There is nothing we can do about it". I'm sorry, but I know they're working the front counter and this is over their head but in no case if a customer is informing you that the store YOU work for is stealing from its customers, "There is nothing we can do about it" is NEVER the response to give. I sent an email to this store letting them know of what happened and what they are doing and they claimed it was an error in the coding and that they are working on a fix. Well over a WEEK LATER AND IT IS STILL HAPPENING!!! THIS IS INEXCUSABLE!!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BEHAVIOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Stopped by The Grove and had a really great experience. Victoria took great care of us and pointed us in the right direction. Customer service, low prices, and the vibe really stood out. One of the better dispensary experiences I’ve had.

  Staff is nice, great selection, good prices and deals. but this is not the dispensary for pick up or delivery when you want something promptly. Twice now I have ordered for pick up online that states ready for ASAP pick up 10-20 minutes, and after an hour or so or no word I just go and pick it up and let them know I ordered for ASAP over an hour ago. It’s not that I mind waiting or scheduling a time, but i ordered ASAP bc i was in the area or would be within that time frame…so I expect it to take that long. Delivery is so slow too. I’ve used several other services and dispensaries, I just don’t have this issue anywhere else. I usually pick out what I want on the website, and then just go over there. Thing is, every time I’ve been inside it’s been practically empty. So no idea what takes them so long to put some things in a bag and text me it’s ready Edit: okay now I’m just not sure they know how to deal with their own notifications system bc I ordered delivery, never got any texts about the status, but my driver called me and told me he was on his way. Order online still says in prep stage, still no text. I’m glad they are staying in contact with with customers, buts it’s a bit confusing when they don’t seem to use what ever set up they say to look out for, now I’m wondering if my pick ups were actually ready and they just didn’t text me? Some kinks to work out lol

  Rely cool here , customer service was amazing! "Edit" but after going several times and on 420 I was truly disappointed in the industry and though the people are cool there loyalty lies with them and the business,same as politicians and drug dealers. Genesis 1:11 "And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was good! What we are doing and standing for is NOT GOOD NOR GOD! We stand alone! We stand for money & status and the weed we sell is pure potent uselessness yielding no joy but many a case of psychotic psychosis rather than a plant that's free ,healing , low testing & potent and that of God's Joy & Love. Disappointed that people can just stop caring and give up there Faith. I like the grove a lot but I'm not sure if that's a good thing being what our system truly stands for. Sincerely MKLFM Edit, came out from purchasing my very expensive medicine today at The Grove TM© (where u can't use points and any deals in the same day let alone together thus never rely getting a deal & further more if you need meds and have cancer expect to die 007!!! For its out of reach to call these places medicinal anymore ,now officially we have marketed government controlled drug boutiques. To get back to where I started though ,I was coming from purchasing meds to be greeted by security staring down my wife and kids as my wife tries to rest her eye for the short hour before she goes to work ,not looking her very best In that moment. All to be judged ,profiled by some type of security. Mind you it's street parking so no legal issues of being on property I believe. Never the Iess try to be positive these day but damn near everywhere u go and every business especially is just so unwelcoming and judgmental these days and I just hate going out... Everyone's real woke these days aren't we! Apparently you can't even leave your kids in an air conditioned car for a few mins with there own Mother these days without someone thinking there's something to report. Dissatisfied customer here who still frequents these establishment to find God's Herb 🌿! Also to find if God is left in any of these businesses or if they are just that, an empty business with full shelves! To find out if there's any spirit left of one nation under God and if there anyone who stands for something and just possibly stands by there products and people.

  Best shop in the area. They are one of the oldest shops around for a reason. The staff is great and knowledgeable. The point system helps out and they have the best selection of 710 labs and always have. They are a great store and my go to spot for anything cannabis.
