  Absolutely unacceptable customer service. As a new customer intending to spend over $100, I was treated with impatience and disrespect. While browsing, the employee made dismissive comments, despite the store not being busy. When my card required a quick verification, I spent only a few minutes transferring funds. Instead of allowing me to finish, the employee repeatedly told me to go outside without explaining why. When I asked if there was an issue, he simply said, “Just go outside, dude.” I replied that I would take my business elsewhere, and he responded, “Cool,” before having security escort me out. Throughout the interaction, the employee came across as more interested in asserting authority than providing customer service. I had been asking knowledgeable questions about cannabis products, and the dismissive attitude made the interaction feel personal rather than professional. At no point was I informed of any no-phone policy, and I was not disrupting anyone or blocking the store. Forcing a customer outside in 100-degree weather over a brief account verification was unnecessary and unprofessional. This occurred around 3:30 PM. The employee was an Asian male, though I did not get his name.
