  @Chelsea Hunt — It sounds like you're mistaking standard operating procedures for poor customer service. Budtenders don't just hand products over and hope for the best. Verifying your order with you, confirming totals, handling loyalty points correctly, and ensuring the right products leave with the right customer are all part of the job. Those protocols exist to protect both the customer and the dispensary. As for friendly conversation—that's called customer service. Some guests enjoy it, some prefer a quick transaction, and that's okay. A simple "I'm in a bit of a rush today" usually gets the message across. STIIIZY has built its reputation on having an incredible team that genuinely cares about its customers. The staff works hard every day, and that's exactly why so many people keep coming back. If their style of service isn't the right fit for you, you're absolutely free to shop wherever you're most comfortable. Wish you the best, but they won't apologize for employees doing their jobs the right way. Sounds like you the problem.

  Shout out to James and Raven! On two different occasions they provided a very easy going shopping experience. Both of them are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean, organized, and well maintained.

  NOT EVEN ONE STAR!!!! WARNING!!!! Stiizy bags weigh less than what is advertised on the bag and bring your own scale to check!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!! The store and service was fine, the 14 gram bag was actually weighed at 9.78 grams and the company has ignored my repeated attempts to contact them about it. I had emptied the bag into a 14 gram glass container from another brand and the Stiizy brand did not even fill it halfway. Start bringing in your own small scales and check for yourself because at these prices even with deals, it's not worth the price of being ripped off Update: I called the store as requested and was told to bring the bag back but the man on the phone sounded very impatient with constant heavy sighs, was already being confrontational about it and was already denying any problem so I am worried about going back when I know he is prepared for a confrontation and I am not. Update again: no one ever contacted me back like they said so they knew their bags weighed less than advertised and I will never buy their products again.

  Really nice store with a clean and well organized layout. Adrianna was really helpful showing me the different vape options as I was originally looking for a 510 cart but ended up leaving happy with 2 AIO vapes of live. Will definitely be going back and recommending to friends.

  I’m updating my previous review because the concerns I raised in May have continued instead of improving. I’ve placed well over 50 online pickup orders at this STIIIZY because I like to order ahead and be in and out. Unfortunately, the experiences have been becoming increasingly negative. In my May review, I described waiting nearly an hour while managers tried to resolve a Weedmaps pricing issue instead of honoring the listed price. I also questioned why Jonathan manually held every one of my $20 bills up to the store’s product lights and physically inspected them. As someone who has worked in retail and cash handling, I found it unusually excessive, especially since I’ve never experienced this at any other STIIIZY location. I hoped these were isolated incidents, but they weren’t. I’ve also had repeated interactions with Karly, who has dumped my online order onto the counter and required me to verify every item myself ,”this is what you got right?” instead of simply handing me my completed pickup and ensuring its accuracy. Another budtender, whose name I don’t know (dyed hair, facial piercings, tattoos, dark eye makeup, and who frequently calls customers “hun”), consistently tried to engage me in lengthy personal conversations during my online pickups. I was always polite, but I simply wanted to complete my purchase and leave. June 18: I waited in the online pickup line to avoid another negative interaction with Karly. After a small change to my order increased the total by about $1, I said, “Okay, let’s just use my points. Easy peasy.” She unexpectedly asked, “Is there anything I did to upset you?” I replied, “No. I just want to get my stuff and go.” She then manually held each of my bills up to the store’s product light and physically inspected them. I calmly commented that I found the process unusual and had experienced the same thing before. Rather than simply finishing the transaction or getting a manager, the interaction became emotional. I responded, “We’re all going through something. I don’t owe you anything,” meaning I wasn’t obligated to engage in personal conversation beyond completing my purchase. What should have been a quick online pickup took about 30 minutes despite other budtenders being there and there was no line. I chose not to report it because everyone has difficult days. June 20: The same budtender called earlier that morning to let me know an item was unavailable and offered a replacement, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, I heard Jonathan tell her, “Let him help her.” She then told me, “He’ll be right with you, hun,” and waited for the manager to assist me instead of helping me herself. Because the interaction felt different from how other customers were being treated (she put everything down and helped someone else and made me wait for her manager) , I asked the manager if I was being discriminated against. He replied, “No,” said he didn’t know why the employees had handled the situation that way, assured me I was welcome, and promised they would do better. He also offered me a complimentary eighth, which I appreciated, but my concern wasn’t free product—it was how I had been treated. I also want to recognize the budtender with pink hair, who has always been kind, efficient, and professional. I shop at multiple STIIIZY locations throughout California and have never experienced this level of inconsistency or discomfort anywhere else. After more than 50 visits to this location, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I hope management reviews these recurring issues and provides additional customer service training so online pickups are handled professionally and consistently. At least at Connected dispensary, I’m in & out and the budtenders don’t refuse service based on a one off nor do they take out their emotions on you.

  Parking lot with plenty of space. Wasn’t busy and was greeted immediately by security. Once I was in James was super helpful and helped me with my purchases. Will be back!
