False Advertising & Zero Customer Service I’ve driven past their billboard advertising "80% Off First Time Patients" dozens of times and finally decided to check them out on July 24th, 2026. Unfortunately, the discount advertised is not what you actually get at the register. On a retail subtotal of $64, I was given $15.91 off—which is under 25%, nowhere close to 80%. When I asked the budtender if that was the full first-time discount, I just got a dismissive "yeah" with zero explanation or transparency about restrictions. Plastering an 80% discount on a massive billboard to pull people through the door, only to secretly drop it down to 25% at checkout, feels like a classic bait-and-switch. To make matters worse, I reached out through their "Contact Us" page directly to give them a chance to clarify or fix the mistake, and I still haven't received a single response. Very disappointing experience. Save yourself the trip if you're expecting them to honor what they advertise—or even bother responding to customers.
